Adjusting Bass And Treble On Loksound Decoders

With Loksound decoders it is possible to adjust the bass and treble. You can either use a Lokprogrammer or adjust CV's

CV196 controls bass, CV197 adjusts treble, The range is 0-32. The default value is 16 for each.
